Anime, Cartooning and Comic Creation

Cartooning is a great way to learn how to sketch and draw. You will learn to create your own characters as well as popular characters from Disney, Anime, and more! Learn about storylines, design, coloring, and lettering, as you create your very own comic book!

Art Adventures" Around the World

Complete different county an cultural based art projects from around the world in each class. From Australia’s aboriginal dot paintings to Chinese watercolor dragons, this course has it all. Come join in the travel adventure without leaving the classroom!

Art Adventures

Come learn about famous artists such as Georgia O’Keeffe, Pablo Picasso and Vincent VanGogh as you make wonderful creations each week using a wide variety of art materials. Art is fun -- come join the adventure!

Broadway Mania: Intro to Musical Theater

When you think musical theatre, you think about the bright lights of Broadway, amazing singing, and dancers who kick their faces! This class will offer a sneak peek into the magical world of musical theatre and allow students an opportunity to study some of the greatest works. From Oklahoma to Hamilton, there is never a dull moment when you get to perform on stage! We will sing, dance, act, and learn about what makes musical theatre so special. If you have ever been curious about how they do it on Broadway, this class is for you!

Chess Club

We introduce chess to students in a fun and exciting way! For all students and all levels, we teach students to play chess and help them succeed in school by stimulating their problem-solving skills, analytical skills, and critical thinking. Includes exclusive booklets.

Creative Sculpture

In this class, you will embark on a journey of imagination and creativity. Through hands-on exploration, you'll transform polymer and/or quick dry clay into one-of-a-kind sculptures.  Join us for a delightful exploration of sculpture, where art meets imagination!

Digital Photography (on student iPads)

Learn the basics of photography:  points of view, composition, contrasts, reflections, etc while completing guided projects where you can present your unique ideas through personal choices and modifications. Come unleash your inner artist!

French Immersion 

Parlez-vous français? Would you like to learn French? Grammar and conjugation rules will be taught but we do not use the “by heart” method, we favor the intuitive aspect of learning through original activities. You'll learn typical French expressions, pronunciation and French culture too. Lessons are presented in an interactive, colorful way- full of games, riddles, jokes, and animations to help time fly by!

Group Piano

Students will learn how to read music, the fundamentals of keyboard technique, basic rhythms, scales, and basic chords. Each week we’ll learn simple pieces. Come join in the fun!

Group Ukulele

The ukulele is a fun, easy-to-use instrument that’s especially well-suited to introducing kids to melody, harmony, and rhythm. Students learn musical notation, fingering and songs of course!

Guitar

Small Group Guitar lessons (max 10 students) introduce young people to the language of music in a wonderful way. Students learn basic chords, musical notation, guitar fingering, and songs of course!

​

Healthy Kids Club

This young learners class teaches students how to eat healthy, be kind to others, understand the benefits of daily physical activity, recycling and healthy habits. Play food groups bingo, complete a kind-o-meter, be a health star and more in this fun and educating class!

Hip Hop Dance

Hip Hop Dance provides freedom of movement in a fun and safe atmosphere. With exciting dance steps and challenging combinations, you will learn to control and coordinate your bodies. You will be introduced to hip-hop steps and even some tricks as you rehearse choreography!

Intro to Leadership- Public Speaking and Debate

Are you a person of passion and conviction, with a love for critical thinking and dialogue? In this class, students learn to use logic and other rhetorical tools to support their positions and to express themselves succinctly and skillfully. Students learn to walk and talk with assuredness and purpose, overcome jitters, and deliver speeches with confidence and animation!

 

Kids Acting Workshop (Drama)

Acting exposes students to characterization, plot structure, ensemble acting, creativity, the art of listening and silence, and following directions all through the use of various theater 

games. Come join the fun!

Kids Cooking Academy: Cool as a Cucumber

You will have fun with food and make a new recipe each week. Enjoy  delicious no "cook" recipes including  Rainbow Wrap, Hawaiian Macaroni Salad, Kid Friendly Tiramisu and more! Learn about nutrition, culture and cooperation skills in this yummy class (Please note: this class is not recommended for students with food allergies or sensitivities)!

Lego Masters

Challenge aspects of your creativity and intellect while learning the basics of engineering and physics! Students are given new and different projects every week to build test, and modify as they graduate to the next level of engineering comprehension. This class is as fun as it is inventive!

Little Art Masters

 Our youngest learners love to create art! This class allows you to explore the world around you, expressing creativity, as well as helping  improve fine motor skills. Fun projects each week.  Come, get crafty with us!

Music Kidz

Move your body to the beat of a song, demonstrate beat vs no beat, play the rhythm of words with classroom instruments and more in this fun-filled music class. Students get a pair of rhythm sticks to keep at the end of this course.

​

Ninja Academy 

Want to train like a ninja? In this fitness class, you will  test your might by training in martial arts techniques, stealth skills, obstacle courses, and mindfulness. Learn new facts about ninjas each week while engaging in Ninja FUN!

Poetry Workshop 

Budding writers? Come join us in a supportive environment for a poetry workshop. We will read, write, and share poetry in this class. It's a great way to express yourself, use your powerful voice, and build self-esteem!

Pokémon Art Academy

Learn the step-by-step techniques to draw characters like Pikachu, Charizard, Mewtwo, Dragonite, and many more! Explore different hands-on art media such as watercolor, modeling clay, pastels, and more as you create Poké-Balls, Pokémon Shrinky Dinks, and even your own Pokémon Trading Cards!

Programmable Robots Workshop

Students will design, build, and be able to control advanced programmable robots with working motors, sensors, and peripherals. Through theme-based activities, they will develop skills in logic, technology, and engineering. The robots are Lego compatible to provide limitless creativity!

Spanish Immersion

Designed for young students, Spanish Immersion teaches conversational and basic Spanish language using Total Physical Response (TPR)- a "learn by doing" approach. Every activity has students speaking, listening, acting and learning, and is enriched by studies of Spanish and Latin American cultures!

SportsWorld: Soccer Super Stars

Develop your soccer skills in this fun, educational, and active class! Students will learn the fundamentals of each position and basic soccer strategies as they hone their shooting, dribbling, passing, defending and ball control skills! Our emphasis is on sportsmanship, teamwork, and character development. Join us!

 

SportsWorld

The SportsWorld program is a fun and exciting way for kids to develop their motor skills while learning the basics of many different sports and games. Our emphasis is on good sportsmanship.

STEAMLab: Brain Games! 

Level up your mind with STEAMLab: Brain Games! Using brain teasers, classic games, puzzles, and STEAM-based projects, you will be stimulated and engaged, while improving your logical thinking, math, and deductive reasoning skills. Have fun, give your brain a workout, and engage in some friendly competition among friends in this amazing class!

 

TechKidz: Coding Wizards

Create your own animations, programs, and games with MIT’s Scratch, Python, Sploder, and more! Computer programming helps with brain development, math skills, and logic, and is tons of fun!

TechKidz: Video Game Design

Students will learn how to design and modify their own exciting arcade-style video games! They will learn how to control characters, objects, and outcomes in their games as they increase the difficulty level and add more features.

Tiny Dancers

This beginners ballet class is designed to give young movers a fun introduction to the fundamentals of dance and intentional physical movement. Our tiny dancers will have exposure to some basic dance vocabulary, experience the format of a traditional dance class, and get the opportunity to freely enjoy music and celebrate their bodies.

Yoga Boogie 

Shake, move, groove and stretch to your favorite songs. Move through a musical journey of yoga, mindful meditations, positive affirmations and sun salutations. Each class involves a physical warm up, breathing exercises, a yoga inspired story and lots of pretend. We use fun props such as puppets, shakers and colorful scarves and all you need is your body and space to stretch out. Can't wait to get moving with you!
